If our Medical Director determines after your in person assessment and Good Faith Exam that compounded GLP-1 therapy or peptide therapy is clinically appropriate for you, medication is prescribed and dispensed to you at the clinic. Because every prescription is patient specific, medication is not priced online. Your total cost is reviewed with you in person during your free assessment.

Membership billing
Treatment memberships are enrolled in person at our clinic. Your membership renews automatically every six weeks and is charged to the card you provide at enrollment. You will be charged the membership rate for your tier each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by calling the clinic at (719) 445-TRIM or by speaking with our staff at your next visit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current six week term.

How medication works at Ascent
Ascent Trim & Wellness is an in person clinic. We are not a pharmacy and not a mail order service. Every patient completes an in person initial assessment. If medication is clinically appropriate, our Medical Director reviews and signs a Good Faith Exam and issues a patient specific prescription. That prescription is filled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, which delivers it to our clinic addressed to the prescribing physician. Patients pick up their medication in person at 5426 N Academy Blvd, Suite 105, for at home self administration. We do not ship medication to patients under any circumstances.
