Refund Policy

1. Memberships
Memberships renew every 6 weeks and may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal by contacting the clinic. Already-billed membership periods are non-refundable, but you retain access to all included services through the end of the paid period.
2. Compounded medications
Once a compounded medication has been prepared and shipped by our partner pharmacy, it cannot be returned or refunded. This is a federal regulatory requirement that applies to all personalized compounded prescriptions.
3. In-clinic services
Pre-paid in-clinic services (body sculpting sessions, light therapy, coaching packages) that have not yet been used may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, less any sessions already delivered. Unused sessions older than 30 days may be transferred to another service of equal value.
4. Assessments & consultations
Initial clinical assessments are complimentary. Paid follow-up consultations and specialized assessments are non-refundable once delivered.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@ascenttrim.com or call (719) 445-TRIM with your name, the service or product, and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
