- 1/2 cup pork panko, plain
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- Cooking spray or avocado oil
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice, optional

Pat the shrimp dry. Whisk the egg and almond milk together in one bowl.

In a shallow dish, mix pork panko, Parmesan, and all seasonings.

Air fry at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
