Content on this website is educational and not a substitute for individualized medical advice. Treatment requires evaluation by our licensed clinicians.
3. Memberships & billing
Memberships renew every 6 weeks unless cancelled. Cancel anytime by contacting the clinic. No refunds on services already delivered, or on prescription medication already dispensed to the patient at the clinic.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and the Ascent Nutrition Architect (ANA) framework are the property of Ascent Trim & Wellness.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascent Trim & Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Membership billing
Treatment memberships are enrolled in person at our clinic. Your membership renews automatically every six weeks and is charged to the card you provide at enrollment. You will be charged the membership rate for your tier each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by calling the clinic at (719) 445-TRIM or by speaking with our staff at your next visit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current six week term.
